CloudNetworks 'WE:NEXT 2025' Company-wide Communication
CloudNetworks successfully hosted its 2025 company-wide communication event, 'WE:NEXT 2025,' on Monday, April 14, at SpaceShare Delphino Hall.The annual event, previously known as the “Company-wide Report,” has been transformed into a new format this year. In line with the company's continued growth and expansion of its workforce, the event was expanded to include an external venue for the first time, allowing all employees to gather in one place. The venue featured light refreshments such as cookies and various beverages, creating a comfortable environment for employees to communicate freely.Notably, the event's name was also refreshed this year. Through an internal contest where employees proposed and voted on new names, “WE:NEXT 2025” was selected as the new name, embodying the message “Let's prepare for the future together.” The term “WE” represents all employees, while “NEXT” symbolizes the direction and challenges we will pursue together, embodying the company's values of employee-driven organizational culture and open communication.CloudNetworks 'WE:NEXT 2025' Event Sketch🌟Opening: Starting TogetherThe event began with a speech by the head of the Management Innovation Team, followed by a greeting from CEO Jung Heung-kyun, who emphasized the direction of the organization's culture and the importance of connection among employees. He encouraged open questions and honest exchanges of opinions, conveying the message that sincere collaboration will elevate the value of the organization. The vision that the synergy of employees can create value that is not simply 2 but 3, 5, or even 10 times greater than the sum of its parts was shared, and the importance of a culture of growth was emphasized once again.📊Review & Plan: Looking Back and Moving Forward TogetherExecutive Vice President Han Seung-woo transparently shared the 2024 financial results and performance indicators, reaffirming the company's commitment to a sharing-oriented organizational culture. He ensured that all members clearly understood the company's current business status.The subsequent presentation provided a detailed overview of the company's organizational performance and institutional changes in 2024, as well as its plans for 2025. In particular, CloudNetworks' unique communication culture, C.CODE (Communication), was highlighted, and measures to strengthen connections between various job types and departments were proposed. Major achievements and plans included obtaining family-friendly company certification, strengthening recruitment branding, expanding participation in employee vacation support programs, revitalizing internal communication, leadership training, promotion training, and institutional improvements. This was a meaningful time to share not only performance results but also cultural changes and growth trends that employees could feel.🏆Awards: Encouragement and recognition for employeesOne of the highlights of the event was the award ceremony for the 2025 first-half Outstanding Employees and Excellent Employees. Employees who demonstrated outstanding performance and positive influence across various roles took the stage to receive certificates and awards from the CEO. The Outstanding Employee received a cash award of 2 million won and three days of special leave, while the Excellent Employees were awarded 1 million won and two days of special leave. The award recipients held placards detailing their awards and took commemorative photos, sharing their sense of accomplishment. The Outstanding Employees, selected through a vote by all employees, were chosen based on the recognition of their colleagues, making the award even more meaningful. This moment symbolically demonstrated the message that the company's growth is achieved together with its employees.💬Open Talk: Voices Connecting FreelyFinally, a Q&A session and feedback sharing session were held on-site. A variety of questions related to welfare, including this year's Recharge Day schedule, club support, long-service awards, and condo support, were actively raised. The executive team directly responded to items that could be answered immediately, and for matters requiring further review, they expressed their commitment to conduct a detailed review through the Management Innovation Team and relevant departments.
