In May 2026, CloudNetworks relocated to a new office. With expanded space and fresh interior design, the company is ready to welcome both its members and visitors.

The first thing we considered in preparing the new space was creating an environment where our people could work more comfortably and enjoy being together. A workplace is not simply a place to process tasks — it is also where we spend much of our day and share energy with one another. We believe that if that time can be a little more comfortable and enjoyable, collaboration and the atmosphere of the organization can naturally change as well. At the same time, we wanted the clients and partners who visit to feel at ease and to naturally experience CloudNetworks' expertise and atmosphere. That thoughtfulness is reflected throughout the space.

🏢 A Different Space from the First Impression

Stepping off the elevator, the neatly arranged CI wall and lighting immediately catch the eye. The symbol newly redesigned by CloudNetworks in 2025 has been given three-dimensional form and naturally placed along the corridor wall, so that visitors can feel the brand identity from the moment they step in.

Continuing down the corridor, CloudNetworks' logo signage comes into view first. Blue and green lighting — the main colors of the CI — anchors the center of the space, while displays and trophies introducing the company's core solutions are arranged on either side, completing a front wall that naturally showcases CloudNetworks' expertise and achievements.

Right next to the entrance is a reception area enclosed by glass partitions. Translucent glass ensures appropriate privacy while maintaining an open feel, creating a clean and stable atmosphere where visitors can have brief meetings or conversations. In particular, lighting inspired by CloudNetworks' CI symbol has been applied to the ceiling, so that the brand identity naturally carries through even within this space.

Along one side of the office corridor, the various certifications and awards the company has earned over the years are on display. This is a space where you can see at a glance the path CloudNetworks has walked and the achievements it has been recognized for externally, and it will continue to be filled with the accomplishments we build together going forward.

💼 A Space for Working Together and Communicating Freely

Further inside, an expanded open work area unfolds. The new office goes beyond simply being larger — it was designed with a smart office environment in mind so that members can work more flexibly and efficiently. Thanks to the expanded space compared to before, all members now have a more relaxed and pleasant environment in which to work, with sufficient spacing between seats to allow comfort both for focused tasks and for casual conversations with neighboring colleagues.

Throughout the work area, collaboration spaces have been set up where people can gather comfortably to talk even without a formal meeting room. Walls with built-in whiteboards and casual seating arrangements allow ideas to be shared and discussed the moment they come up.

The flow of the space was also designed with movement in mind, so that people can naturally gather for a quick discussion and then return smoothly to their work.

Meeting rooms of various sizes have also been newly equipped. From large meeting rooms for large-scale meetings and presentations to small and medium-sized rooms for smaller discussions, the spaces are configured to be used according to the purpose and scale of each meeting. The large meeting rooms are equipped with spacious tables, large displays, and whiteboards, making them versatile for everything from client meetings to company-wide meetings, and the view from the windows is another advantage unique to this space.

The names of the meeting rooms and lounge areas are currently being decided through an internal company-wide contest. Names directly proposed and chosen by the members will be applied, adding CloudNetworks' own story to the new space. In addition, phone booths have been set up for moments that require concentration. They can be used freely for important calls or video conferences, or whenever a bit of time alone is needed.

☕ A Space for Comfortable Rest

To work well, an environment that allows for sufficient rest is also necessary — because in order for working hours to be enjoyable, break time also needs to be truly restful. That's why, in addition to the work areas, a lounge has been created where members can take a break and freely chat with one another. Comfortable sofas, soft lighting, and a view extending out through the windows make it a space that's more than enough to clear one's head during a short break from work.

The break area is also equipped with three massage chairs. When fatigue sets in during work, they can be conveniently used in a private space by reservation in advance. A reading corner has also been set up in a section of the pantry, stocked with books across various fields for members to freely enjoy, and the snack bar across from it offers simple drinks and snacks. We hope this will be a small space that people will want to visit often.
