CloudNetworks (CEO Jeong Heung-gyun) announced that it has signed a domestic partnership with Arize AI, a company specializing in AI observability and LLM evaluation, and will supply the AI engineering platform 'Arize AX' to the domestic market.

Arize AI is a Silicon Valley-based company founded with the goal of implementing reliable and transparent AI, providing an observability and evaluation platform specialized for LLM and AI agent environments. Global enterprise companies in finance, travel, e-commerce, and other sectors use Arize AI's solutions for AI performance management and quality assurance.

Arize AX is a platform that provides integrated observability, evaluation, and monitoring functions for AI services. Through its tracing feature, it identifies the internal behavior and call flow of AI agents; through its evaluation feature, it verifies response quality, safety, and cost; and through real-time monitoring, it manages performance changes at the operational stage. By applying an OpenTelemetry-based architecture and LLM-as-a-Judge automated evaluation features, it can efficiently identify the causes of issues that arise in complex multi-agent workflows. In particular, it supports on-premises deployment as well as cloud deployment, allowing it to respond flexibly to a company's security policies and infrastructure environment, and this is regarded as a differentiating factor that allows both reliability and operational stability of AI systems to be secured at the same time.

As the use of AI agents and LLMs spreads and the AI Basic Act takes effect in January 2026, establishing AI governance systems — including quality management and operational transparency for AI systems — has emerged as an important challenge for domestic companies. Through its observability, evaluation, and guardrail functions, Arize AX supports companies in systematically managing AI operational risk and responding to regulatory requirements.
