In the first half of 2026, CloudNetworks grew stronger internally and broader externally. We improved benefits and systems for our members, reorganized around role-based structures, and moved to a new space. We shared our newly established core values company-wide and expanded opportunities for communication so that our growing workforce could align around a shared direction. At the same time, we grew our business touchpoints through new partnerships and external activities. As our workforce and business grew together, this was a period of laying the foundation to support that growth. This post summarizes the key activities of the first half across systems, organization, culture, and business.
💙 Strengthening Employee Benefits and Systems
Improved Health Checkup Support
We expanded health checkup support for junior staff (주임) to the same level as more senior positions. We broadened the range of optional examination items so members can more thoroughly check their health status, and we reduced the gap in support based on rank so that all members can receive thorough checkups.
Improved Child Education Support
We expanded the child education support limit from a per-employee basis to a per-child basis. This change eases the real education cost burden for members with multiple children and further strengthens our family-friendly benefits.
Revised Long-Service Award System and New Promotion Celebration Awards
We expanded Refresh leave based on years of service and newly established an award for members with 15 years of continuous service, broadening the scope of rest so that long-tenured members can fully recharge. We also introduced new promotion celebration awards for members being promoted to Assistant Manager, Manager, Deputy General Manager, and General Manager, strengthening motivation for growth and performance.
Shingles Vaccination Cost Support
Starting in the first half of this year, in line with the growing emphasis on infectious disease prevention, we now support the cost of shingles vaccinations for members themselves as well as their spouses and immediate family. Following flu vaccination support, we have added shingles vaccination support, further strengthening our benefits system to build a healthy organization.
🏢 Changes in Organization and Space

Reorganization into a Role-Centered, Specialized Structure
In April, CloudNetworks carried out an organizational restructuring spanning business, technology, and research. In line with our rapidly expanding AI, cloud, security, and infrastructure businesses, we further subdivided the organization by role and refined team names to clearly reflect their responsibilities. In particular, the technology organization was divided into teams by specialized area—big data, platform, infrastructure, and more—allowing each team to focus more deeply on its field, while also strengthening the dedicated organization responding to AI business expansion. This subdivision has enabled each team to deepen expertise in its area, allowing for more specialized responses to customers by field as well.
Relocation to a New Office
In May, CloudNetworks moved from the 10th floor to the 8th floor, expanding our workspace. We introduced an expanded open work area, meeting rooms of various sizes, collaboration spaces for free discussion, and a lounge, creating an environment where members can work and rest more comfortably. We also reflected our 2025 CI refresh throughout the space—from entrance signage to lighting throughout—so that visiting customers and partners can naturally feel the CloudNetworks brand from the moment they arrive.
🤝 Communication and Organizational Culture

Opening 2026 with a New Year's Party
This year, instead of a year-end party, we began January with a New Year's party to open the year together. On January 7th, all members gathered in one place, mingling across teams and ranks to mark the start of 2026 together. At this event, we also celebrated last year's achievements with the H2 2025 Outstanding Employee Awards, along with the newly introduced Best Team Award.
Company-wide Briefing and Core Values Announcement
At the April company-wide briefing, CloudNetworks announced our newly established Mission, Vision, and Core Values (MVC) to all members. At a time of rapid company growth, this was an occasion to clearly define what we are working toward and by what standards. The established MVC has been reflected on our website and company introduction materials, and we continue core value internalization activities so members can build these values into their daily work going forward.
Team Leader Workshop
In June, we held a two-day, one-night team leader workshop at the Midas Hotel in Gapyeong. Management and team leaders, as well as Junior Board members, participated together, sharing each department's operational status and plans and discussing the company's overall direction for development. We also discussed how to connect the core values announced at the company-wide briefing to each team's work, ensuring the values translate into actual working practices rather than remaining mere declarations. Through guest lectures and discussions, we also took time to look back on the first half and align on direction for the second half.
New Communication Channels Launched This Year
As our workforce has grown rapidly, this year we established new communication channels tailored to various groups—departments, teams, and new hires. Between departments, we established Deep Dive meetings bringing together sales and technical staff to discuss operational directions for existing and new solutions at the same level of understanding, increasing the density of collaboration. At the team level, starting in April, each team has been holding meetings directly with HR staff, the Management Innovation Team leader, and the CEO, sharing team work and atmosphere up close and broadening the channel through which members' voices reach organizational operations. New hires have lunch with HR staff at set points after joining, maintaining touchpoints even after onboarding training to help with organizational adaptation and settling in.
Continued Organizational Culture Programs
Alongside new initiatives, we continued to run our ongoing communication programs without change this year. The Junior Board, which reflects members' perspectives in organizational operations, and Diagonal Slice meetings, which allow free conversation across departments and ranks, continued, with conversations on core values also taking place in these settings. We also held in-house interviews in the first half with the H2 2025 Outstanding Employees recognized at the New Year's party, creating an opportunity to newly understand each other's working styles and values.
🌐 Expanding Partnerships and External Activities

New Partnerships Signed
In the first half of this year, CloudNetworks signed new partnerships with DigiCert, Arize AI, Cast AI, and Qualys, and is developing business with each. From certificate lifecycle management to AI observability and evaluation, cloud cost and resource optimization, and cyber risk and vulnerability management, we have further broadened our solution portfolio spanning AI, security, and infrastructure. Through this, we are accelerating our AI integrated governance business, supporting AI systems from development through operation and optimization.
Participation in External Events
In February, we participated as an official partner in the Arize AI Meetup. This was the first event we joined as an Arize AI partner, where we gave a presentation on "Governance Frameworks and Solutions for Enhancing AI Trustworthiness," addressing the role of observability and evaluation in AI governance. In March, we participated as an official sponsor at Splunk's annual event, Splunk Go 2026 Seoul, running a booth in the exhibition zone and directly showcasing "CN-Eye," our monitoring solution built on Splunk. Then, at the SECaaS Summit 2026 in May, we ran a HashiCorp booth together with Koln Benit, confirming strong interest in secrets management and cloud security operations. In June, as an official Arize AI partner, we participated directly in Arize Observe 2026 held in San Francisco, gaining firsthand insight into the latest trends in AI agent observability and evaluation.
Participation in Job Fairs
In April, we participated in the KB GoodJob Excellent Company Job Fair. We operated a recruitment booth introducing our company vision, benefits, and hiring process, and met directly with applicants from a variety of academic backgrounds. Some of the candidates we met on-site went on to enter our actual hiring process, making the fair a meaningful opportunity to meet great talent.
The first half of 2026 was a period in which CloudNetworks refined its organizational foundation to match the pace of its growth. We adjusted benefits and systems to meet members' needs, refined the organization around roles, and continued efforts to connect our core values to daily work. We marked a new beginning in a new space and expanded the stage of our business by broadening partnerships in AI, security, and cloud optimization. Building on this foundation, CloudNetworks will continue to foster a culture where members and the organization grow together, based on benefits, communication, expertise, and collaboration.
