In the second half of 2025, CloudNetworks made meaningful changes across various areas, including expanding employee welfare, strengthening the internal brand experience, enhancing technical expertise, and partner collaboration. From internal system improvements to technology and research achievements and external technical exchanges, the second half of the year further solidified the organization's foundation. Below, we briefly summarize and introduce the key activities.
💙Expanding Employee Welfare
Flu Vaccination Support
CloudNetworks prioritizes the health and safety of its employees, providing flu vaccination cost support every year. This year as well, the company maintained a broad support standard that includes family members, and provided full actual-cost reimbursement for vaccinations administered through November 2025. This is a practical welfare program that helps employees work with peace of mind.
Snow Tire Support
Amid growing concerns over commuting safety as winter weather conditions worsened—including the first snowfall and icy roads—the company provided snow tire cost support to help employees travel safely. Support was provided for a set amount of purchase and installation costs for employees using personal vehicles for business purposes or vehicles registered under employees' names, and this proactive response to sudden weather changes received a positive reception from employees.
Resort Membership Partnership
This year, a new resort partnership was established to support employees' rest and leisure activities. Resorts nationwide can now be used at member rates, and the program includes various benefits such as annual free water park and ski lift passes, resulting in high employee satisfaction. With expanded options for rest, this has become a meaningful expansion of welfare benefits.
🏢Internal Experience and Brand Culture
Employee Profile Photo Shoot
Alongside the introduction of new groupware, a company-wide profile photo shoot was conducted to refresh employee profiles. The professional studio photography achieved a high level of quality, earning praise among employees as "photos of a lifetime," and the shoot also brightened the office atmosphere as employees naturally struck up conversations while sharing photos with one another. This was a program with high levels of employee participation and satisfaction.
Guam Company-Wide Workshop
In November, all employees went on a workshop trip to Guam. Continuing the overseas workshop tradition following last year's trip to Taipei, Taiwan, the company sustained its culture of growing and collaborating together. Considering work schedules, employees departed in two groups, but a day was arranged for all employees to gather together for the official event and a time of exchange. At the company-wide event, all employees wore matching group T-shirts featuring this year's newly updated CI, adding a sense of unity to the occasion, and afterward, employees experienced rest and recharging in their own way through free-form scheduling. Time spent in an environment away from daily routines became an opportunity to strengthen communication and bonds among employees. (Check out the workshop review▶)
Internal Interviews
In the second half of the year, CloudNetworks introduced its first-ever internal interview program. Planned and conducted by the Marketing Team, the interviews featured the Outstanding Employee and Excellent Employee of the first half of 2025, selected by employee vote, and were released on official channels. Through the interviews, each employee's role and project experience were naturally revealed, providing an opportunity for the organization to understand one another's work from a new perspective. Based on the positive response, the program is planned to continue in various forms next year.
Year-End Office Decorations

To celebrate the end of the year, Christmas trees and seasonal decorations were set up throughout the office space. Stickers, Santa hats, and other items matching the CI colors were used to create a warm year-end atmosphere, naturally conveying the brand's feel to visitors as well.
🤝Strengthening Technical Expertise and Expanding Partnerships
Strengthening Technical Capabilities
In the second half of the year, employees in technical roles continued to obtain various certifications and qualifications. In addition to partner vendor training, internal learning and hands-on practice with the latest technologies continued, further strengthening the expertise of the technical organization. This led to overall improvements in project execution stability, technical reliability, and customer response capabilities. Each team also systematically expanded practical capabilities by sharing market trends through collaboration sessions, briefings, and technical workshops with partner companies.
Research Institute Technical Achievements
In the second half of 2025, the Research Institute also achieved meaningful results. Achievements that garnered external recognition of technical capabilities included obtaining new ISO45001 certification, registering patents in smart manufacturing and AI-based technology fields, winning the Commissioner's Award at the Korea Intellectual Property Exhibition, and being selected as an outstanding project in the Smart Manufacturing Innovation Technology Development Project.
Partnership Expansion and Technical Collaboration

The company expanded its security and authentication portfolio by establishing a new partnership with Okta, a global ID security platform company. Building on this, technical collaboration with major partners such as Citrix, IBM (HashiCorp), QueryPie, and Splunk continued steadily, and the company took part in technical session presentations based on real customer use cases at partner events, continuing technical exchange with partner companies. Through these activities, the company strengthened its expertise and execution capabilities across AI, security, and infrastructure as a whole.
External Events and Seminar Participation

In the second half of the year, the company expanded its technical touchpoints in AI security through participation in various public seminars and exhibitions. At Hacteon Sejong, the company introduced the MCP-based security architecture of QueryPie AIP (formerly AI Hub) and discussed safe AI adoption approaches with public sector and institutional stakeholders. At the AWS Tech Summit 2025 in September, the company operated a joint booth with QueryPie, providing consultations focused on access control and data governance requirements in AWS environments. This was followed by a presentation at the Korean Hospital Information Association's Autumn Academic Seminar on AI security response for medical institutions and QueryPie AIP's protection framework, and at AIS 2025, the company shared an identity-based AI security strategy together with Okta. In December, the Research Institute's HandViewer technology was exhibited at the Korea Invention Patent Exhibition, receiving recognition for its technical capabilities.
CloudNetworks will continue to build a culture where employees and the organization grow together, centered on four pillars: expanding welfare, strengthening internal communication, enhancing technical expertise, and partner collaboration.
