- Responding to shortened certificate validity periods… Targeting automation demand with 'DigiCert TLM' certificate lifecycle management solution

CloudNetworks (CEO Jeong Heung-gyun) announced that it has signed a partnership agreement with DigiCert, a global digital trust company, and will begin supplying the certificate lifecycle management solution 'DigiCert TLM (Trust Lifecycle Manager).'
As the CA/Browser Forum's policy changes will progressively shorten SSL/TLS certificate validity periods to 200 days from March 2026, 100 days in 2027, and 47 days in 2029, the burden of certificate management on enterprises is expected to increase sharply. Through its partnership with DigiCert, CloudNetworks plans to respond to the growing demand for certificate automation management among domestic companies.
'DigiCert TLM' is a centralized solution that integrates management of certificates from various certificate authorities (CAs), including public and private certificates. It automates the entire certificate lifecycle — issuance, renewal, and revocation — minimizing manual workload and the potential for errors by operators. The solution offers comprehensive management features including real-time expiration alerts, certificate discovery and inventory, policy-based issuance control, audit log management, and compliance functions. It also supports standard automation protocols such as ACME, SCEP, and EST, enabling integration with various systems including DevOps environments, network equipment, and IoT devices, and is provided in SaaS form.
CloudNetworks CEO Jeong Heung-gyun said, "The risk of service disruptions due to certificate expiration is increasing for companies as a result of shortened certificate validity periods," adding, "Based on the technical expertise and implementation know-how we have built up in the network and security infrastructure sector, we expect that supplying DigiCert TLM will help us secure competitiveness in the certificate automation market."
Through this partnership, CloudNetworks plans to support domestic companies across various industries, including finance and manufacturing, in building secure certificate operation environments, and will work to strengthen its position in the certificate automation market.
